READ DOWN FOR HISTORY

"Remember the people who under servitude or  slavery that mined for the Spaniards."   Author, mine owner on mine door. From friends;

“I have witnessed a man who perceives financial pain before it is expressed.  A man who lives in a space, demanding the best in me and giving me the inspiration to stretch my imagination on any and all facets of my life.  To levels I thought impossible. This deliverance erases the financial pain because it makes it unnecessary. It replaces that pain with a light of financial independence, truth, and integrity about me, forever. I consider such gift to be of the greatest value.  It transcends all boundaries of comparative value and gives me a feeling of perfect love for myself.  Such a man was chosen carefully, such a man will live on infinitely in my heart, and in the eyes of all kindred spirits so inclined to the same destiny.  At the end of the beginning and the beginning of the end, there is no greater friend.”

Warning; the following story is an experience by the founder and has political implications and opinions you may not agree with.

 The Goldcite Story

                                                                         By Gary Holt

Prologue;       (Drama at Hoyt Peak)

”Remember the people under servitude or slavery that mined for the Spaniards,” simple words of hope from the worst of times.  This is my chronicle of optimism that our worst times be avoided so that the dark history of men and gold, in the hands of the contemporary“Onepercenters,” will never be replicated.”

Yes;

There is a way out in this refutation, buffeting Buffet, and ending the rein of the “Onepercenters forever by taking direct control of all natural resources, their present strategic advantage?  Or just my delusional point of view, too conspiratorial and the Onepercenters uncontrolled gold fevered greed    imaginary?

Our citizen’s well being, misshapen without a struggle and the unlikely controversy around a gem stone discloses how they delegate direct responsibility?  All discovered by repeating the Forest Rangers own published statements and its global media reaction, beginning with a 2013 news release, from a small newspaper in Park City, Utah, the Park Reporter. “Spanish gold mine discovered?” If you are considering the possibility, then go to “Lost Josephine mine,” on the Web, to follow scores of subsequent global regurgitation. “1.7 billion dollars in gold bars about to be recovered” and “found the lost Josephine mine or just lost their mind, you decide?”

O K, why did the Forests Service’s archeologist commit the false statements and has the entire Forest Service perpetuated decades of harassment to thwart attempts to uncover Spanish gold mines including the world’s most famous gold mine? Happening just because they were protecting the forests and archeological sites, you decide.  Was my evaluation and the extraction of thirty million dollars’ worth of Goldcite, just a ruse to keep the mining active so that I could go for the legendary billion dollars’ of gold and silver, left  by the Spanish, like him said?  My attempted journey, occupied by the one percenter’s global maggots, controlling our world’s natural resources and Flanagan’s’ interfering with our rightful claim? After all no one could be that misinformed about the facts and wears a forest service hat, or is deception his end game? Follow their gold game trail out of our boundaries and see where our gold reserves are going: A drain of immense proportion compromising our economic well being? Remember the gold mine, “spirit people,” cautioned you, their story could be yours. They didn’t know that owning gold can be a savings account against global depressions, periodically staged by the Onepercenters; in fact gold’s successful unavailability triggers the event.

May I be the first, without the excuse of ignorance,  as imaginarily affected by my experiences with the Flanagan’s’, to suggest that we are truly out of control with all our natural resources, including gold? Do we need the power of an unprecedented, Constitutional mandate to secure our mineral treasures? To be traded in a world without predatory global capitalists. Will the “Onepercenters” resist or support the proposition? Challenge them with “we the people,” so as to be remembered by all people that your generation guaranteed permanent freedom from economic inequality, and the worst of capitalism: Too much to hope for? Easier than you could ever imagine, with instant communication know how.  We now have the resourcefulness to design a revolutionary direct voting procedure that will compose unequivocal consensus of opinion without the risk of delegating the authority. We are already practicing it as social media. Let’s make it a legal tool.

Some great things start with simple ideas. Successfully taking direct control of delegated decisions is one of them. Is there a need? Let me repeat Flanagan’s officially delegated position, after I related the Goldcite discovery to the newspaper reporter, simply hoping to prove that standing up to the Forest service and their heavy handed practices can be rewarding.  Is there more to the story, challenged by Ranger Flanagan and regurgitated by the global media?  Here’s what happened. Before publishing, the Park Record reporter agreed to allow me to review, any competing views, so as to compare opinions: My conditions for releasing the story, making it a fair accounting of our positions and a balanced, unbiased editorial. The gold fever was too great. Instead the reporter twisted the story, so it would be controversial?  His shadow Editor aided by adding fictitious information; “it was too hot, because of a caldera for the Spanish to fully develop the gold zone and we were seeking permission from the Forest Service to go further.” We never encountered any heat source except from the forest service.

May I suggest that a confronted Tom incited an attention starved small town reporter? Realizing his blunder, Tom told me that he was baited, to cover his tracks. No, he was the ill selected official that was reflecting repeated propaganda, which they have kept alive for years. Finally, maintaining lies for so long convinced him it was true. Have the mine people baited him all along?

Did our imaginary mine people bring us back to reality?  Do the photographs of floating globes in the Park Record article, taken in the mine, have Native American spirits in them? After all Smokey demanded covering over my dedication to them, plasma cut in steel, on the cap of the mine for a reason. “Remember the people, under slavery or servitude that mined for the Spaniards:” Simple words of hope from the worst of times that finally demands redemption? Not my words but from a Ute spiritual leader, appearing at the mine unannounced, calling me by name, on my first day on the peak in claim tenure. After all they witnessed staged economic quagmires for at least three hundred and fifty years and were forced, painfully to participate.   The unequal distribution of wealth in Europe, motivated Spanish Smokey’s, for the cost of a slave or indentured servant, to mine gold. Do our Onepercenters enjoy the same deal? Sometimes history never changes.

Same history, Flanagan has provided an unintended window to see the results of the Obama’s administration’s decision to phase out certain high wage propaganda positions within the National Forest Service. Again, thank you Flanagan. Our history, Flanagan’s partner in deception informed me that I must get MSHA (Mining Safety and Health Act)e certification before they would ever accept a Plan of Operation for the mine. MSHA administrators adamantly deny any such regulative authority.

History repeats itself: Predecessors, it was Tom Abby in region four, was successful at disguising his tracks but now, his replacement, Flanagan complains, under the same cloak, but makes public an “ecological and archeological threat.” At least this one made the mistake of being published. Obamas publishes delegated executive orders too. He has federated all the nations’ ground water resources (by suing the states for control) claiming mismanagement, and gives  all control of the nations’ future allotments and dispercments to the National Forest Service; that authority, recently published in the Federal Register, May 4, 6, 2014 (79 FR 25815). Did our king, like the Spanish king, bestow crippling concessions to his army of Rangers to steal our natural resources too?  My response, let’s change our history by making i our own. Demand the reality that no such executive order will ever be issued again because of an Amendment twenty eight. Remember, we only have twenty seven.

Being under the Department of Agriculture, Obama’s Smokey army is charged with the surface management of public lands, and now, all underground water, claiming that since most of the rain water lands on public lands, high in the mountains, that is predominately forest service lands anyway. It began on the surface and it does not matter, just because some of it goes underground.   Read it, it’s in publications justifying the order, Just another Obama insightful screw job?  Now they inordinately control gadzillions of dollars of natural agriculturally related resources. Trusted to the likes of a Flanagan? That must have even made the spirits in the mine shudder. I’ll have to check.Clearly these second string Rangers are now authorized to inflict more damage potential to our country. Give them credit, at least this time it is not clandestine and covert. That’s what I call real Obama transparency. On their watch, the chance to survive inevitable, poor people purging global depressions remains unlikely. The real Lincoln called Utah, “The Treasure house of the nation” for a reason. Let’s try to keep it ours, not theirs.

Sad real history, our gold trove, more came from Utah than the California or Alaska gold rushes combined and sixty percent of the nation’s silver for decades. Is it the primary inducement that our delegated government has been dangling to borrow more money abroad for years: The first signs of the purge.  Are we the rob Peter?  To pay Paul, like Rio Tinto (previously owned by BP) that receives, as a matter of national policy, a profit cloak from small competitors; Part of their conditions to influence loans? It’s all true. Follow their endless tracks, B P in the gulf, and how many more are given environmental concessions to increase foreign profits?   There is proof that environmental Smokey’s allow predatory global oil moguls environment protection, example,   BP, Is even today, continuing to poison coastal waters in the name of higher profits, review any of the independent investigations. The hard mineral giants list of environmental violations is even greater, check it out. In the Gulf, B P got a disproportionately small fine when they were caught, minimized by our own environmental protection agencies that still follow the blind rule, “if you can’t see it, it isn’t there.” Truth is, it’s encapsulated, because of a chemical they still use, that traps the oil,  that then sinks as bubbles far below the surface, eaten by fish who then we eat. Is that double screwed?   OK, maybe our subs can find it for us as official confirmation, but no matter, if you sign off on a fine or compensation, it ends any further remedy. That is not Flanagan imagined ecological damage, big time.   The mine people caution, at least you can refuse to sign. They weren’t given a choice, bitching or not.

But anyway, histrionics, what does that have to do with my experience?  Have a little faith baby, that we can manage our history without Flanagan’s’.  Both are the same whore cult, Flanagan’s and the BP’s government gangs; Again, we need the Amendment twenty eight solution. There’s that inevitable mysterious unknown again. Another clue, it’s sighted in to shoot the cults and gangs under contract.  Like all predatory beasts, in this case capitalist beasts, if you hit the monster with a non-lethal projectile, it will not come back to the source of the pain.  There I go, suggesting you hunt while on this quest for truth and redemption.   Sorry, I do want you to apply for your own license, Amendment twenty eight. The spirits of Native American slaves, cruelly used to mine gold for the Spanish, hunted them anyway but their projectiles were not so civilized.  That’s bitching well.

Comparing Flanagan and Tom Abby, the master of deception, he would have never been quoted as saying, that an accepted plan of operation, resulting in a successfully pursued mining activity by this poor miner, since June 15, 2013, “has not been mined.” Unless he had personal knowledge of same by inspecting the site, and would this crude, obviously orchestrated false statements, discourage “pick and shovel” miners from even trying?   After a conversation with said Ranger, he said he would rescind that statement. The barking dog, me, gets a bone?

More cannon fodder for twenty eight. How would you handle the bad boy? If we pick on him, their front man, he might cave in and turn snitch. Then we have a clear shot. Since the damage has been done to you, pick on him, demand a news conference or  federal grand jury indictment, have he confess, or else, name his co conspirators, pray for forgiveness and resign? Too tough, ecologic civil criminals deserve no better. Where and how soon and when does exceeding your authority, breach of fiduciary responsibility and breach of due diligence become a personal liability? Beseech that the responsible EPA officials, that won’t see the poison globules, come in front of our sights to face civilized justice, too. Rats will swim away from a sinking ship.  Law suit, yes the government is immune from mistakes, but not their misguided line officers or guided superiors if they exceed their authority. They go way past that, virtually unchallenged everywhere.  We can’t afford the rigging they extort, by way of our natural resource development or allow the wealthy villains, to emerge, unworthy recipients. Bitch and do nothing about it, like always?  Instead point the cannon, Amendment twenty eight,

How cans a prudent man playing by the rules, operate when the cards are stacked against him? Tom Abby would have never said, “Holt’s claim of mining calcite is just the newest excuse to continue “treasure hunting.” Tom Abby (in one of his weaker moments) acknowledged the potential, not of the gold bars $997,000,000.00, yes, one year’s worth, left by the Spaniards because of Native American hostiles, but where it was mined, numbering in the trillions. After all if they extracted and refined a billion dollars in one year, what did they recover in three hundred and fifty? What’s left, read on, Abby inadvertently, helped me obtain the mining concurrence, under strong opposition from his peers, by advising me that if I could prove the potential for economic mining as “prudent man’s expenditures,” I was entitled to conduct a mining operation for Goldcite or any other mineral.  I had to force that conclusion with a storied appeal.   Thousands of others have failed: Further proof that our delegates have a history of listening to a registered one hundred thousand lobbyists in Washington D.C.? Many subsidized with foreign funds, stacked against us?

More Flanagan: “Previous holders of the mine claimed there to be gold and emeralds.” That was me, not others, Tom turkey, to your geologist, and it was a hypothetical assumption, because of the geology.  “These individuals had their permits taken away, since nothing was produced.” My plan of operation was accepted, purveyor of falsehoods. Blatantly misleading, and there is no record of any proceeding, to close any of the Josephine’s previous claims because of lack of proof to develop economical mineralization;  Bureau of Land Management,  Salt Lake City, Utah. Do you think, just maybe, all he was interested in, was serving the public with notice, “If you want to claim on public lands your days are numbered, and failure will not be tolerated.” Are you thinking, maybe this smoky just has too much misguided blind zeal? “When these guys look for lost Spanish gold, many archeological sites get looted,” The first line of defense for their never ending delay of decision, asking for an endless discovery of unrelated issues to wear down their opponent. They tried it on me. It was their justification for refusing my plan for four years.  They kept suggesting I apply for an antiquities permit for my activities, and they will designate a qualified archeologist (not like a Flanagan) to assist, that must be paid for by the applicant. It requires a clandestine negotiation with the Treasury Department, to keep a small portion of the gold, so they can use the rest to pay off the housing scandal bill? It goes to Canada, melted down and then credited at a higher untaxed price in foreign banks. They told me they would pick it up with a helicopter, on site, cleared with a flight plan to take it to Canada. Good thing I turned them down, the mine people would have stepped in.

What’s left, of our most valuable history, is redeemable gold or silver ore, from a Spanish mine, (there are thousands, yet undiscovered, in our country) is to the trained eye, easy to identify. Most of them can be found in Utah. The ongoing productive ones were sealed with a solid stone plate or planking and mounded with a mixture of tailings and indigenous soil so there would be no identifiable sinkhole or consistent tailings.   My ancient south east mining tunnel has those exact landmarks. The obvious signs, the solid mineral material will not be the same as the stones indigenous nature in that surface time zone era.  Many covered tunnels could be discovered thru modern geophysical techniques, like I have used, and little expense, followed to the more productive stems with the existing shaft or tunnel entry.

But the necessary Investors are far and few between, when they know Ranger wiki wands are the way. The financed Canadians are already locating and claiming as many as they can, with protective “floating notices of location.” Proof of citizenship, location, name of claimant at the BLM office, not required.  That is how most real gold mines now start, found and developed by foreign investors, who funnel it back, claiming it came from their mines and then to gold reserve banks, tax free. The richest (Carlin gold mine) in Nevada is a perfect example, stolen by Church related Canadians, with the same logic, from the original family that owned it.  The gold, not stolen, is sold thru our refineries, who sell most of our gold or silver to foreign purchasers? If we buy more than 32.1 ounces it must be reported on a 1099 income tax form when sold for a profit.

More absurd policies, encumbered Gold prospectors, on public lands or private lands should be warned. Don’t let them tell you that if you find it, you still cannot access it with a new road because it requires transverse thru public or private lands.  The BLM won’t help you and they suggest you use helicopters. You must finance your own protest. But they are always ready to capture indentured cattle, from private corrals for free. The 1872 mining law guarantees you access if you own the claim. Another deception, the Forest Service repeatedly says that, “there is no gold in the Uinta’s.” Another marker, on my claims, in the Uintah’s, there is a preponderance of evidence that the geology for such condition is present.  Although then and now, Tom Abby, and a few designated geologists, (some even Professors at the Universities) have perpetuated the myth that there is no gold in the Uinta’s.”  A famous outside consultant, Geologist, disagrees and current practicing ones agree with me. They say the nose of the Uinta’s (Hoyt Peak) with its Hoyt Peak Fault (branches go thru my mine) is a perfect example of where huge amounts of valuable mineral deposits should be, especially gold and silver.  I guess it’s by whose authority you buy as an authority? Universities get federal grants.

At my mines, we have been made aware, by reliable sources, of huge amounts of native silver and some gold float on the surface: As reference of gold, in the billions, recorded by the Spanish that inventoried the mine, before its closure, because of hostile activity and recorded by one ancient cartographer, Jose Joaquin Garcia, in 1814. Here is what’s left. There is available documentation that one hundred and fifty Conquistadors with one hundred burros attempted to return to recover the gold bars and silver, but were massacred before they could reach their destination.  Since then, gold float, (rich ore not near a vein or placer source) was discovered in an area where their mining tunnel portal has been located by a reliable Geophysicist and is probably the real, “lost Rhodes mine.” Farther down the tunnel, the stash, still there, protected in a layer of poisonous gas?  The Spanish archival records, in Seville, Spain, reports that, just the viewable silver, is over a million tons and matching pounds of pure gold, simply for the taking, by breaking it out of the host rock in  four “transferee” rooms. This, not part of the billion dollars of gold bars attempted recovery: Confirmed by the remaining eight miners, from a party of forty as entered in a waybill, written in 1814.

After the treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo, conceding all of the Spanish, then Mexican western gold fields to the United States, there are thousands of gold mines to be located and claimed from maps for sale, existing in Spanish and Mexican archives.  Now do you know why Flanagan, as Forest Service Archeologist, hasn’t told you where there is gold on his watch, without entering the Olympics? Now Flanagan’s histrionics makes sense. Many have found the mines but believe, in error, that they cannot economically mine them.  Amendment twenty eight could mandate a criminal prosecution for perpetuating the fraud. Look past Flanagan and believe the archeological history.  When the Spanish spent three hundred and fifty years locating and mining thousands of sites, you still have the right to trillions of dollars from precious metals recovery?  The mine people know, Flanagan and now you.

Who is this guy; telling me this weird story about how I can be rich, avoid Flanagan by listening to spirits dwelling in a mine?  The spirits down there know that the Hoyt Canyon fault is going north (over my mine) and ends there, the beginning of the Uintah arch: Also Jim Davis, from the Utah Geological Survey. And that it is also the eastern boundary of the Wasatch Range, still 90% rich, in recoverable precious minerals. You can’t get any better than that. The geology fits the legend. My mine has a low sulfidation epithermal vent that I have identified thru hours of exploration enclosing a hundred acres of a split   fault line, with a boiling zone, caused by an ancient extinct Caldara, at the five hundred foot level.   I have discovered all the signature mineralization, vent tubes, saturation fractures, and  Sulfur Dioxide at the 500 foot level, that are always present at the top of a boiling zone or mines that have been closed, source any scientific report on the subject. I reported it, not only to Abby but his failurebees. They refused to look for themselves. Why, did they already know? In this zone is found highly concentrated ore deposits of gold, silver and rare earths. Above the zone is microscopic and Nano particles of gold and silver as the scenario in the Carlin mine. It is present in the host rock for miles, with no visual gold on the surface, but is traced with materials, such as chert, quartz, onyx, dolomite, tin, copper, uranium, iron and “calcite,” of which in my mine there is abundance: Waiting for me and/or someone to harvest, now that my plan of operation has finally been accepted.

I have already harvested a combination of metallic, very rare, crystal combinations, I call, “Goldcite.” I can send you a picture of it at the gem stage.   E mail me, gary@globalconstitution.com. Since it has been claimed to be, “not worth a damn” I ask you, as “in the mind of the beholder,” to be the judge. A Park Record,  follow up story, volunteered by Steve Shaffer to support the archeological evidence as “the lost Josephine”  and Larry Holloway, a rock hound, quoted in the same article said, “As jewelry, the material is not worth a damn, and my rocks are better and cheaper.” Why more subversion supported by the Park Record?  So goes the controversial discovery, however the mineral conditions in my mine are present in some of the most productive modern mining operations (Carlin and in Canada) where 90% of the world’s gold is now recovered: Further substantiating evidence by a renowned geologist, Helmet Dueling, which identified and acknowledged that my mine area had “Spanish mines and gold ore in pyrite.” (See his research at the Department of Natural Resources Library in Salt Lake City, Utah). This mine owner has personally talked to Mr. Dueling and he can be reached by Ranger Flanagan.

Every gold bloom, found in Spanish mines, usually leads to a much richer stem and therefore gold seekers (from Spanish origin mines or not) should be actively encouraged, as a matter of Forest Service policy, in an economically progressive country. I have repeated myself here, from elsewhere, but worth repeating because I believe that our big mining metals brother in Utah (Rio Tinto) as previously referenced by Abby as the standard I must align with, has a lot to do with trying to narrow the playing field in Utah for its foreign proprietors.  As mentioned before, those foreign claim holders have extensive unethical gold and silver mining claims that are not being actively developed, including the Uinta’s. They can file (and repeat) the same notice of location every three months to avoid filing with the BLM. By refilling in the county every three months, a mineral claim remains active, indefinitely, without paying a maintenance fee to hold the claim and the BLM will do nothing about, while acknowledging the practice exists. If a claim has been filed, while active (floating notice) you must seek that information from the County Seat with specific information which is unobtainable thru normal channels, therefore a phantom owner remains concealed with no published (BLM) notice of location and no Flanagan deadline indefinitely, legally. That’s a super loophole and you are being strangled by it.

What a way to manage natural resources, and Obama thinks he is another Abe Lincoln and wants to cause a nonviolent civil war. The BLM’s sterile policies and his executive orders is plenty of reason to cause one.  Do the predatory global capitalists have him in their pocket or did our Congress simply tie his hands as part of a lobbied oil and mineral entitlements scheme? I know, I am repeating the same fear, but maybe it is worth repeating to help you understand where the mine people’s experience came from.  “Know your politics and you know how you are being screwed.” Do you need to ask them?

A ground breaking Amendment twenty eight would counterbalance any Presidents eruptive executive foolhardiness with natural resources. You would be the only one that could decide to entitle the State’s, mining royalties and direct profits from Federal Lands where it can be more intelligently spent. Get back our water rights too.  Since the entitled Feds use part of it to bribe the states into making laws to further their often flawed agendas.  The Amendment would repeal parts of Amendment seventeen, which gives them the means. Read it here for the first time. One of their most exploitive authorities, (Amendment seventeen) would be reformed to meet our agendas.

Money talks and now let’s speaks in our language. You are about to read something that would cure your economic illness’s forever? It will scare the hell out of all the coal, oil, money and mineral powers, put the government whores in their place, ending the onepercenters reign. Remember, the United States Constitution, the model for constitutions worldwide, was conceived and written for the administration of interests desiring to replace the English King’s interest, then desired by onepercenters. John Hancock, the first signer, was the most obvious. We have the misfortune of inheriting it unchanged, except for meaningless amendments simply designed to replace the King’s hold on the rest of the citizenship?  An American Magda Carta? I question the word citizen since there is no equal opportunity, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in its storied history for the last two hundred and thirty eight years.  Don’t depend on the media (except social) to support it comprehensively; look how they milked the Park Record article. Are you still following me and the pay back motivated mine people? There are several options to make it happen, some ugly, some beautiful, all will probably be necessary. The only meaningful change to the United States Constitution that will liberate us from the conceives and their predecessors, Hancock, in colonial times, Vanderbilt, beginning the industrial age, then with natural resource transportation, the Rockefellers, Carnegie, JP Morgan and others, all causing major depressions to secure and appreciate their wealth. Now we are poised to contend with Buffet.  Be inventive, the final action is up to you.

                                        “THE TWENTY EIGHTH AMENDMENT”

“An amendment to repeal the seventeenth amendment, granting the Federal government the right to regulate interstate commerce and hereby replaces that authority to implement policy and regulations of all natural resources and all exported natural resources, refined or otherwise.  This law grants the authority to rescind all international treaties affecting said resources:  And that all natural resource regulations and policy decisions be granted by a simple majority vote of participating citizens from the United States of America, implemented by a protected satellite voting procedure.

Regulations passed by the new amendment. To keep politically appointed Supreme Court Justices from interpreting its denotation, make it indisputably entrenched and contending opinions be decided thru a citizen’s majority vote after each Supreme Court Justice renders competing decisions. All Cabinet level Administrators will face an election or dismissal by the same procedure. The Amendment will require foreign held companies, China iron mines in Cedar City, Utah and English copper mines in Magna, Utah and many others in our country, to comply with our export taxes and national or local profit margins. All surpluses to be contributed to the gold reserve depression fund (GRDP).  If there are treaties blocking it, our constitutional amendment will empower us to invalidate them. Will the economics follow because of things you wish to decide with your only true voting power?  What a beautiful way to avoid being in servitude to the man, behind our unreasonable, government sanctioned debt.  Get everyone off food stamps, and out of the congested cities where we can live as long (fifteen more years with less disease) as our rural neighbors? Your life depends on it.

Ban the IRS from the loop and screw the Treasury Department. Make a direct deposit (GRDP) that will stop the Central Bank’s financially depreciating wag forever: Own gold bullion without having to report it with your social security number and other information on a 1099 form when sold for profit. Stop the Treasury Department from banning its ownership (as hoarding) to shore up the dollar as they have in the past. Hoarding stops recessions or depressions effectively, screw their dollar: Their new wrinkle, is why most of it is captured abroad. We pay profit taxes, they don’t. The predators, like King Oil and Metal Emperors, hate talk like that. Stop them from their binge on fake money. Retrospect; is all this crazy talk implausibly preposterous or a call to be counted in a real civil or armed awakening? Please follow me again to the banker’s friend, Flanagan. Tom’s public deception is part of a real time fraud, happening to you now. Tom Abby would have never said, “A lot of treasure hunters will map on a natural solution precipitation cavity and try to purport that it is a historic or ancient mine and try to mine it.” Untrue, the only way they could “mine it” is to prove economic mineralization under the prudent man test, you half-baked WanaAbby.  It is obvious that Ranger Flanagan pretends to not know the difference, geologically, from my mine, as a purported precipitation cavity, and a low sulfidation epithermal vent. I repeat it again; he knows a natural solution precipitation cavity does not have several flow tubes coming from hundreds of feet below to the surface. Getting bored with trail markers as a preponderance of evidence? Don’t, if you want to use it and you can’t grow it, you must mine it. The question is, who’s mining it and who’s using it and now who’s growing it? The mine people say “you already know who’s paying for it thru the new servitude.” Not greed for gold but the new greed, debt.

O K, this is enough proof of the deliberate manipulation of economic health by the predatory global capitalists.  Let me identify at least one more loose screw job. I have invited the Forest Service Geologist (not a mining specialist) from Vernal, Utah to inspect the vent and have been snubbed on several occasions, why? Even from their region four economic mineral expert from Wyoming, who is not certified, why? Previous claimants have invited, the then active Ranger Abby, to enter the lower portal before it was bulldozed over in 2006 by the Forest Service because they feared he was looking for gold, he refused, why? Maybe the mine people scared him. Mysterious stuff, this Ranger business: Especially when their self-appointed geologist is Flanagan. That “legacy of guys,” as you refer to them, in the Ancient Lost Treasures Forum, I comment on, does not consider you, as you believe, a “government villain.” They consider you as a “public embarrassment, “which is kind. Because much needed economic development of public lands could contribute real collateral (gold), not questionable printed IOU notes as currency, that our debtors are wary of. I and the mine people (and I pray you) believe that when we are infected with a global capitalist’s virus, we have the right to seek a remedy. . The mine people say, “Universal Laws against greed always bring global prosperity.” They wished they had some in their time.

The last of Tom foolery, finally, your opinion about the Glory Hole, “The mine is a natural feature they have now un-naturalized” as being an undisturbed precipitation cavity, until my claim tenure, is absurd, I like to repeat that word to describe my understanding of the role played by the Bureau of Land Management. Give me a break, June was approved to put a cement cap at the surface and he explored it for 10 years and before that, Shaffer for 15, the Young’s back to 38’ and the Birds back to 1898. And recently, I have identified ancient trails to and from the vent.  Your claim, “that you have seen no Spanish markings on lodge pole pine, therefore there is no evidence that the Spanish were even here,” is absurd. The lodge pole pine areas, where you check for antiquities before harvesting, live for only a hundred years. You know that there is an abundance of evidence that they were here, early as 1645, looking for gold:  Photographs and testimonies of their symbols on all kinds of trees that last for hundreds of years, rocks too.  Also, In the Park Record article; I distrust your concerned pose with a majestic peak as background, casting a watchful eye on the environment.  Whose environment? I know, you said it and you’re sticking to it and you’re Superiors ordered, “Do not be available for comment.”

Epilogue; (available for comment) “We, the people, possessing the constitution to be born with a supreme conscience, must hereby claim our birthright to ordain and establish universal human rights and liberties not abided by our sovereign nation as inalienable. Therefore to continue our kind as limitless throughout the cosmos and beyond, we declares the right to form a Constitutional Amendment to secure our bond of collective commonality, as the only rightful commonwealth.”
